How to fix: Unsupported certification name

Provide a certification name supported by the given certification authority.

One or more of your products has a certification name [certification_name] that’s not supported by the given certification authority [certification_authority].

For example, if you provide the certification name "ENERGY STAR" instead of "EPREL" for the certification authority “European_Commission”, the certification data won’t be used.

To fix the issue, submit a certification name that’s supported by the certification authority. For example, we support the following combinations:

  • For authority “European_Commission”, "EPREL", which represents energy efficiency certifications in the EU European Registry for Energy Labeling (EPREL) database
  • For authorities “BMWK“ and “ADEME”, "Vehicle_CO2_Class” for the overall CO2 class of a vehicle
  • For authority “BMWK“, "Vehicle_CO2_Class_Discharged_Battery” for the CO2 class of a vehicle with a discharged battery

For a complete list, refer to our documentation.
