自動更新
By default, your storage purchase is set to automatically renew at the end of your subscription. At any point during your subscription, you can upgrade to a larger storage plan. You'll upgrade to your new storage level immediately, and your credit card will be charged when you run out of credit.
如果您在舊有收費計劃下購買儲存空間訂閱，便可更新訂閱，直至您選擇升級計劃或付款資料失效為止。
如果無法自動更新，您的訂閱將獲七天寬限期，以便您更新付款資料。在這段寬限期內，您仍可存取 Google 帳戶中的所有內容，並可使用目前的儲存服務計劃。
如果您使用 Gmail 而無法自動更新，您的儲存服務計劃將獲延期七天，以便您更新付款資料。您可在這額外七天時間內清理帳戶儲存空間，或購買新的儲存服務計劃。
如果您的儲存服務計劃已取消或到期
如果您取消儲存服務計劃，將會失去帳戶的所有額外儲存空間。在結算週期結束時，您可能會超出配額。
如果您超出儲存空間配額長達 2 年，系統可能會刪除計入儲存空間配額中的所有內容。
當您達至或超出免費儲存空間配額時：
- Gmail：：您無法收發訊息。傳送給您的訊息會退回給寄件者。
- Google 雲端硬碟：
- 您無法同步或上載新檔案。
- 電腦的「Google 雲端硬碟」資料夾和「我的雲端硬碟」之間亦不會再同步處理。
- 您無法建立以下新檔案：
- Google 文件
- 試算表
- 簡報
- 繪圖
- 表格
- Jamboard
- 在您減少儲存空間用量前，任何人都無法編輯或複製您的檔案。
- Google 相片：您無法備份任何相片或影片。如果想加入更多相片和影片，您可以清理 Google 儲存空間或購買更多 Google 儲存空間。
取消訂閱
您可隨時取消儲存空間服務訂閱。
Cancel a Drive storage plan
- Go to www.google.com/settings/storage.
- Sign into the Google Account where you purchased storage.
- Under your plan, click Cancel.
- Review changes to storage that will take place after cancellation. Confirm by clicking Cancel plan.
- You'll receive a confirmation email of your subscription cancellation. On the start of the next month of your plan, you'll be downgraded to the 15GB of personal storage for Google Drive, Google Photos, and Gmail.
取消 Google One 會籍的儲存空間
退款政策
購買 Google 儲存空間計劃後不可退款。即使您決定取消訂閱，已購買的儲存空間量仍可在訂閱期內使用。在部分國家/地區，您可立即結束訂閱並收到部分退款。
如果是在 Play 商店購物，請前往 YouTube Premium 和 Music Premium 退款。
如果是在 Apple App Store 購物，請向 Apple 支援要求退款。
