Export leads automatically using Zapier

You can automatically export leads from lead form assets to your lead management system or customer relationship management (CRM) system using the “Export leads from Google Ads” card in your Google Ads account. The Google Ads integration with Zapier, a third-party data partner, enables you to link to thousands of CRMs or apps without using code.

Note: Zapier is a paid service, and you’ll need a paid account to export your leads automatically using Zapier.

You can also export leads using a webhook integration, by manually downloading leads from the ad assets table, or by connecting the Google Ads API to automatically send leads into your CRM.

How it works

The “Export leads from Google Ads” card lets you authorize Zapier to share leads and conversions with Google Ads automatically without needing to navigate to the linked accounts page.

Once you authorize Zapier from within your Google Ads account, you'll be prompted to complete the Zap (commonly known as the data integration) setup in your Zapier account. The selected lead form and CRM will be pre-loaded with the Zap setup. Once your lead export is saved, new leads will be sent in near real-time.

Note: Only one data integration is supported for each Google Ads lead form.
