If you use Classroom with Google Workspace for Education, you can export grades directly to your student information system (SIS). After your administrator sets up the connection, you can link your classes to the SIS and export grades.

Tips:

  • The retention of the grade categories depends on the SIS you want to export the grades to. For:
    • Aspen and Skyward SIS: Grade categories carry over if the category titles match.
      • If grade category titles don't match. Your grades might be assigned to a default category or marked as "Uncategorized.”
    • Infinite Campus SIS: Grade categories don’t carry over when you export your grades to your SIS, your grades might be assigned to a default category or marked as "Uncategorized.”
  • To download a copy of your grades page with grade categories, learn how to download grades.
