While you can't use multiple sign-in with Google Ad Exchange, you can be signed in to multiple accounts at once if you use two different browsers or a private browsing window (such as an incognito window in Google Chrome).

  1. Open a normal browser window and sign in to your first account.
  2. Then, open an incognito window and sign in with your second account.

Recover a forgotten username or password

If you've forgotten your username or password, use the Google Account troubleshooter to help recover it. Your Google Account allows access to most Google products, so don't share your password with anyone.

If the previous account owner has left your company

If someone who used to run your Ad Exchange account has left and you can no longer access your account, contact your Google or third-party account manager. In order to establish that you're the owner of the account, we'll ask for certain details, such as your latest payment information and the Ad Exchange customer ID.

Find your customer ID

Your customer ID is a unique number used to identify your Ad Exchange account. You can use this number to connect your account with other Google products, such as DoubleClick for Publishers or Google Analytics. Only share your ID with people you trust because anyone who has it can use it to access your Ad Exchange information.

  1. In Ad Exchange, click Admin and then Account information.
  2. Your Publisher ID and Customer ID is displayed in the "Account information" section.
