You need to meet the minimum requirements to qualify for Google Cloud support for your managed ChromeOS devices.
Google service and account requirements
- You need access to the Google Admin console.
- You enrolled at least one ChromeOS device bundled with Chrome Enterprise Upgrade or standalone ChromeOS device.
- You have one user set up for your organization.
Network Requirements
- A supported network configuration. See Enterprise networking for ChromeOS devices.
- If you use web filters, you need to allowlist Google domains. To allowlist, you need to Set up TLS (or SSL) inspection on ChromeOS devices. Go to setup pre-steps.
Software requirements
- Latest stable ChromeOS version.
- Device must not have reached end of life. Every ChromeOS device receives regular updates from Google, which is subject to support from component manufacturers. For more details, see Auto Update policy. If needed, buy new Chromebooks.
