Google Voice subscriptions are designed to meet the needs of small businesses, schools, and large international enterprises. You can buy Voice as an add-on paid subscription to any edition of Google Workspace or G Suite.

Choose one of the Voice subscription plans for your customer (multiple plans not available):

Order Google Voice
- Sign in to the Partner Sales Console.
- On the Customers page, click the customer's name.
- For Subscriptions, click New service.
- At the Voice subscription to purchase, click Select.
- Select the billing account.
You only have to select the billing account if you have multiple billing accounts set up in your Partner Sales Console. Otherwise, go to the next step.
- All orders for a customer must use the same currency, but you can use different billing accounts with the same currency.
- All Google Workspace subscriptions need to use the same billing account.
- For the payment plan you want, click Select plan.
- Enter the number of licenses needed
click Save.
- Enter the P.O. number (optional)
click Save.After placing an order
- Customers must accept the Terms of Service. The Subscription status then changes from Suspended to Active.
If you cancel Google Voice
If you decide to cancel your Voice subscription, you might need to carry out these tasks before cancelling:
- Save user data—Users will keep access to their Voice data, but they won't be able to use Voice features. User data is automatically deleted when you delete user accounts. The easiest way to download and export your users' data is to use the data export tool.
- Port out numbers—Port out the phone numbers to another service provider. For details, go to Port out Google Voice numbers.
