You can add other tools to use with Calendar, including GoToMeeting and WebEx.
Install add-ons
- On your computer, open Google Calendar
- In the top right, click Settings
Get add-ons.
- Search for the tool you want to use with Calendar. Then, click the name of the tool.
- Click Install
Continue.
- Choose your account, then follow the steps on the screen.
Tip: You can quickly get add-ons from the sidebar. On the right, click Get add-ons .
If you don’t see "Get add-ons" or can’t install the add-on you want, ask your work or school administrator to turn on add-ons.
Set up conferencing add-ons
- On your computer, open Google Calendar.
- In the top left corner, click Create
Event.
- Next to "Add Google Meet video conferencing," click the Down arrow
.
- Select the add-on you want to use.
- Choose your account and follow the steps to sign in to the add-on.
Tip: If the add-on doesn’t work, contact the app developer through the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Uninstall add-ons
- On your computer, open Google Calendar.
- In the top right, click Settings
Get add-ons.
- Search for the tool you want to use with Calendar. Then, click the name of the tool.
- Click More
Remove.
