Get extra Calendar tools

You can add other tools to use with Calendar, including GoToMeeting and WebEx.

Install add-ons

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. In the top right, click Settings Settings and then Get add-ons.
  3. Search for the tool you want to use with Calendar. Then, click the name of the tool.
  4. Click Install and then Continue.
  5. Choose your account, then follow the steps on the screen.

Tip: You can quickly get add-ons from the sidebar. On the right, click Get add-ons Add .

If you don’t see "Get add-ons" or can’t install the add-on you want, ask your work or school administrator to turn on add-ons.

Set up conferencing add-ons

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. In the bottom right, click Add Add .
  3. Click Add conferencing.
  4. Select the add-on you want to use.
  5. Choose your account and follow the steps to sign in to the add-on.

If the add-on doesn’t work, contact its developer through the G Suite Marketplace.

Uninstall add-ons

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. In the top right, click Settings Settings and then Get add-ons.
  3. Search for the tool you want to use with Calendar. Then, click the name of the tool.
  4. Click More More and then Remove.
