My country Myanmar (Burma) is not on the list to create the Adsense account.

I can't find my country in sign up list of the Google Adsense. I feel like this is some kind of discrimination. I have also found out that my country is not also a restricted country. I feel sad and feel like we have been out of the world and I feel google doesn't treat us as a country or as a human. Again this is definitely a discrimination to my country.

If your country isn't the list of available countries from the drop down in the application form, then you can't apply. If a country isn't on the list, they also wouldn't have a payment method for that country, so you wouldn't be able to collect the earnings.

Why do people assume discrimination is at play?

Google is a private company that can set whatever rules or guidelines they like, or they can choose to do business where they want to do business. It isn't discrimination, it's business. They have to work within the confines of the US government regulations.

If they aren't supporting Myanmar, then there is a reason they can't currently do so. Up to this point, Myanmar has been a place where they have not been able to offer AdSense.

"Discrimination is behaviour affecting the workplace, which can take place between Googlers, TVCs, clients, and/or customers, with the terms and conditions of the protected status."

This isn't a workplace for publishers. AdSense publishers are independent contractors. We work for ourselves, not for Google. As such, Google can choose who to work with, and who not to work with. It isn't based on personal qualities.

Good luck with that.

Choosing not to have AdSense in a specific country is not discrimination and doesn't affect any workplace since you are not in a workplace. Sorry.

Every business have been defined LESPi (Legal, Social, Ethical and Professional issues). Google, as a big company, I believe it also has been defined and the following link has been shown about the discrimination and other policy followed by Google.

"Discrimination is behaviour affecting the workplace, which can take place between Googlers, TVCs, clients, and/or customers, with the terms and conditions of the protected status."
(Services.google.com, 2020)

I believe this explained if google have broken one of the defined protected status, this means Google discriminated. And the Discrimination is the behaviour affecting the workplace and the following three person and I can be assumed as one of the customers of the google and been discriminated by the Google.

Actually we, my whole country and the whole nationality have been discriminated by the Google by not giving place. And you guys telling me this isn't the discrimination but just doing a business. Well a business without following rules and regulation is known as an illegal business, unethical business or unprofessional business. I do believe Google isn't this types of business.

If there is an issue in payment, there are a site call Payoneer (Finical service) which can connect to the Myanmar bank.

Well google staff don't visit this forum so won't see your post. Best sue them in a Californian court. Sure, it will cost millions, but it will be worth it if you feel that strongly. You may even end up with an account and even earn a few dollars with it. Good luck.
