You do not have access to the account that is connected to your AdMob account.
"You do not have access to the Adsense account that is connected to your AdMob account."
But my Adsense account is totally fine. I don't know how to solve the issue and there is no way to contact admob.

You do not have access to the AdSense account (Publisher ID:
pub-XXXX) that is connected to your AdMob account.
There are a few different reasons you could lose access to
your AdSense account:
- You may have been removed from the AdSense account by an administrator. Contact the account administrator directly. Note: Please be aware that Google AdSense and AdMob are unable to mediate access disputes between users.
- Your AdSense account may have been canceled by you or an account administrator. Note: If your account was canceled, you'll need to apply for a new account.
- Your AdSense account may have been disabled or terminated due to failure to comply with policies.
You may need to sign in to AdSense directly to explore this
issue. You can try using the AdSense login troubleshooter to
investigate.

if after that its dont work? try remove this mail from adsense and try join again to admob
if you dont have this option? you can try the next?

Remove a user from your account
To revoke a user's access to your account:
- Sign in to your AdSense account.
- Click Account.
- Click Access and authorization, then click User management.
- Click
next to the user you want to remove.
after that to do the next:
Add a user to your accountTo give access to your account:- Sign in to your AdSense account.
- Click Account.
- Click Access and authorization, then click User management.
- Enter the email address of the user you want to share your account with, then click Invite user. The user is added to the list with a status of "pending".
- After the user accepts your email invitation (by clicking the link in the email and associating their Google Account with the AdSense account listed in the invitation) their status changes to "active".
You can change the user’s access level at any time.
(need with the mail you have account in the admob)
