Google Play recently updated their Inappropriate Ads policy to include associated offers within an ad as part of the policy. The ads and their associated offers (for example, the ad is promoting the download of another app) shown within your app must be appropriate for the content rating of your app, even if the content by itself is otherwise compliant with Google Play’s policies.
AdMob provides various tools to help you have more control over the content of the ads shown to your users, including setting a maximum ad content rating. Learn how to use AdMob to set the content rating for your app, account, or each ad request.
