Add a live stream to your event

" "

Tips

If you use Google Calendar and Hangouts Meet for work or school, you can add view-only live streaming to an event for up to 100,000 people. You can share the meeting information and a URL for the live stream with all guests in one event. Or, create a separate view-only event. Guests in a view-only event cannot participate in the meeting.

This feature is available with the G Suite Enterprise and Enterprise for Education editions.

Note: If you don't see this option, contact your G Suite administrator.
