Blocked by Google servers

I got a virus in my business email at the end of the year, it sent out thousands of spam. Now when I want to send an email to a Google supported vendor or customer, the email comes back as "delivery mail failure". Is there a way to get off of Google's blocked email list? Here is an example of what I get back.

Hello,

Kindly ensure your domain follow the send guidelines from Google:  https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126

I've gone thru the guidelines but still doesn't give me an answer on how to get off the block list. The people I email don't see my email in their Spam or Junk mail, so where is it going?

Hello,

If you have follow the send guidelines correctly and no gmail users marking incoming mails from your mail server as spam, the mail delivery from your domain to Gmail will improve over time. Do take note that if your mail server is being shared with other domains, and other domains are being marked as spammers, it will also affect your domain name.

Hmmm, I guess I'll just have to wait then. Thank you!

Levels

Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:

  • Post an answer.
  • Having your answer selected as the best answer.
  • Having your post rated as helpful.
  • Vote up a post.
  • Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.

Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
