Google Apps Chat Not Working Now

Google Apps Chat is no longer working...!

It has been working fine, but stopped working today.

I use Digsby to chat and it worked also. But today, chat will not work on anything.
Cannot log in using gtalk, digsby or even within the gmail browser window. I cannot log in anywhere or any how.

Has anyone else run into this problem?2010-05-07

I rely on this service and it is very troubling that it just stopped working...!

One final note. This is a google apps forum correct? Then explain to me why I cannot log into this forum with my google apps login? Why do I have to log in using my old gmail address?

Or any other Google service I might add..!

I am as well. This is very frustrating. I use google apps on my droid and downloading apps on my droid uses my google talk account. So I cannot even use my droid correctly. I have also tried disabling and re-enabling google talk in our google apps account, reseting my password, logging in as a different user, different browsers, using the windows desktop application. None of it works. Furthermore, I don't have google talk on my sidebar when I log into the web interface for my email.

And I agree Jimbob80, why can't we log in using our google apps username and password. It appears like google doesn't have all the kinks out of their APPS yet!

Please fix this issue. I also think it is asinine that a google talk outage breaks almost every google related function on my Android phone.

I have tried. I can find absolutely no way to contact them. Any links I've found anyplace just redirect to a page, pawning us off onto these Google groups.

Well, at least I now know that it is not my server with the problem...!

This is crazy! Any problems with normal gtalk would be fixed asap. Google Apps would be a higher priority in my opinion.

I am using the standard version of Google Apps.

I am not getting any connection on my PC with any software or browser. I cannot get access with my iPhone either.

I am also partaking in another thread, so maybe you should keep an eye on both. In case of any updates:

I found a contact form. For gmail, but if enough people complain, maybe they'll get the point: http://mail.google.com/support/bin/request.py?contact_type=direct&hl=en&group=

Go fill it out, see if we can get someone to acknowledge the issue. I also linked them to http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Talk/thread?tid=1528c8fb795819ff&hl=en in the message.

I just sent a complaint...! Shall we all do the same?
This problem needs to be fixed as it is clearly a Google issue and no localized to our servers/hosts.
