Google Admin (Google Apps) login loop

Domain Name: lilylandes.com
Edition:
Users Affected:
Problem Description: Can't log into Google Admin to change domain info
Steps to Reproduce:

OK.

So I am just trying to do update the domain mapping of my domain lilylandes.com which I bought through Google Apps in 2009.

However, when I attempt to log-in to admin.google.com to get to my domain settings, I get stuck in an eternal loop of the log-in screen. When I try to log-in with another account I get the normal "looks like you aren't the owner of this Admin account" reply but with my own (lily.landes at gmail.com) I just get stuck in the loop.

I can't call to get help because I need my PIN number which you can only access inside the Admin account.

The host company that Google is hosting through, Enom, just tells me to go through Google so I don't have any separate log-in info that I can delete the Google middleman.

How can I gain access to my own Admin account? I've changed my password, am logged into my normal account (the same account with which I bought my Google domain name back in 09) but I cannot for the life of me get access. I need to update lilylandes.com to point to my new SquareSpace site (can be seen at lilylandesphotography.com) ASAP but Google is making this next to impossible!

Any help?

Thanks,
Lily

This problem happens when you are using the incorrect sign in credentials, please try the following:

1. Sign out of all Accounts
2. Go to admin.google.com.
3. Sign in using your Google Apps credentials,user @ yourdomain.com not user @ gmail.com.
4. If you have problems, go  to the following URL, substituting DOMAIN.COM with your actual domain name: here is the url  https://admin.google.com/DOMAIN.com/ForgotAdminAccountInfo  reset password and get user name.

if you see this message 'Sign into a different account to access Google Admin' is because you're still logged in to your @gmail.com address.

Please keep me updated about the outcome.

Thanks! I found another form to fill out on another entry here and Google replied with a password change for the DOMAIN email. All is well -- thanks again!
