News segments allow you to jump directly to specific sections of news content on YouTube TV. It is available in the YouTube TV app on supported streaming media players, smart TVs & game consoles.
Only some news networks currently support news segments. You can check to see if they are available on your preferred network by taking the steps below.
To use news segments:
- Open the YouTube TV app

- Select a live news broadcast or a recording.
- Click Jump to on the player screen.
- Click on the segment you want to view.
