Hi I would like to understand promoted features video better

Hi I finished communciating with a company called videoseedling that from my understanding runs promotions in which they guarantee you (at a price) so many thousands of views per month and therefore increasing sales.
As I would like to promote online videos to which I wish to resell through my website, i was hoping to understand if you tube run promotions on selected videos I wish to promote and how it works. if they guarantee more views sales etc...
amy help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
thank you

Don't do it.  99% of those companies do things that are against Youtube Terms of Service in order to get you those views.  You will be terminated by using such services in most cases.

Oh really? thanks for that. I honestly didnt know, im glad I asked.
So if youtube allows me to use awber and link it in my description box to promote my online courses, I was told by a top contributor for example that I can do that (ie:post my aweber link) to obtain more subscribers and its not against youtube policies. could you clear up this issue please because honestly Im starting to find this a bit confusing?

Oh hey it's you again, hi.
I did not tell you that you may put such links in the description of your videos. I said that you may put any links on your CHANNEL PAGE.
Putting such links in the description of your videos will cause your YouTube account to be terminated.
Ugleeee is perfectly right.
