Why are the buttons suddenly not working?

So while I was listening to one of my playlists it stopped automatically playing the videos. When I clicked on the autoplay button nothing happened. The video buttons worked, but I couldn't like videos or share or comment or add them to a playlist. I can only bring down the menu from my icon when I click on upload first. I can't bring down the youtube guide thing or whatever that menu is called. The video thumbnails are gone, but I can still click and watch them. When I am actually on a playlist I cannot click the "load more" button. Whenever I click on a video on a playlist, it will automatically go all the way back to the top, so I either have to hit the next button or scroll all the way down to get to the next video.

This isn't necessarily a major problem, but it's really really annoying.

I've been having the same problems too with Youtube. I've tried clearing my cache and even resetting Safari but nothing works. Youtube works just fine on Chrome and Firefox. This is pretty weird, it work just fine yesterday.

same problem, buttons not responding, thumbnails not loading. Channels and playlists load thumbnails but still have unresponsive buttons. watching videos seems ok but loading comments and clicking the 'transcript' (next to about) buttons are also unresponsive. Other ppl in the house have it working fine, i am on an old os (mac 10.5.8) so currently im guessing this is flash updates. livestreaming websites have slowly stoppped supporting flash thats available for mac 10.5.8 so my guess is its osmething to do with that.. troubleshooting youtube, even trying to navigate this forum has made me want to go and live a nomadic lifestyle. lol
