Violation of TOU #4 Section H:

I've received two emails in regards to 'Violation of TOU #4 Section H'. Apparently for some strange reason the two videos in question received more views than normal and YouTube are saying that I'm responsible for these unaccountable views. IE I've used some kind of robot.

I've not used such a thing as I use my channel in the correct manor and I've never publish anything that breaks any kind of violation. The problem is that the first email came through and said if this happened again then my account would be suspended, three minutes later the second email came through.

Does this now mean my account is no more?

Both videos were uploaded at the same time nearly three months ago, the only thing I did do was promote those two videos through Adwords, which I've paid for the clicks.

I hope someone from YouTube can help me out here.

The same thing has happened to me. No idea why or what it is from. Would really like to hear more about this. I have never used any services they claim I am using. Anyone else get this?

Happened with me aswell! Got both emails and they say the same thing. I have worked hard on one of the videos that have been taken down as it has over 100k views! I am extremely upset. I was sitting there just flabbergasted that this has happened to me. I hope I will get my videos reinstated.

Has anyone heard back about this situation? And you guys got 2 emails about it? I only got one. Have any of you been suspended?

A reply would be nice.

Same thing just happened to me. Someone actually was able to send a ton of fake views to my account on a video I created about why you shouldn't buy fake views. So they got away with it and now I'm about to lose my account.

It seems that no one's account is safe as anyone can hack into it and do whatever they want in there.
