Violation of TOU #4 Section H:
2 Recommended AnswersI've not used such a thing as I use my channel in the correct manor and I've never publish anything that breaks any kind of violation. The problem is that the first email came through and said if this happened again then my account would be suspended, three minutes later the second email came through.
Does this now mean my account is no more?
Both videos were uploaded at the same time nearly three months ago, the only thing I did do was promote those two videos through Adwords, which I've paid for the clicks.
I hope someone from YouTube can help me out here.

Myself and 6 other TCs are suspicious the so-called "YouTube Viewcount Appeals Form" posted by 'laughing mask' is not actually from YouTube.
I have asked staff about the appeal form but have not received a reply back yet.
Unless a Google/YouTube employee confirms it's authentic I advise against using it.

Still a chance out there so go ahead, Im still looking at other (legal) options at the moment to at least cover my losses on advertisement PR since all websites that linked my content now have a dead link.

It seems that no one's account is safe as anyone can hack into it and do whatever they want in there.

Levels
Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:
- Post an answer.
- Having your answer selected as the best answer.
- Having your post rated as helpful.
- Vote up a post.
- Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.
Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
