You can access a customer’s Google Admin console unless they disable this feature. From there, you can perform many administrator tasks, including changing passwords.
Go to a customer’s Admin console
- Sign in to your Reseller console.
- On the Customer page, click the customer name.
- Under Quick Links to Admin Console, click Go to Admin console.
Limitations exist on what you can do in the customer’s Admin console. For example, you can’t view the option to enable or disable reseller access. For details, read Reseller limitations in a customer’s Admin console.
About access restrictions
Customers can restrict your access even if you’re contractually obligated to provide them full support. So it’s important that you and your customers agree on a policy for your access to their Admin consoles.
