Latest update for ‘OK Google’ isn’t working on Huawei Mate 10 Pro1 Recommended Answer
I’ve been using the Ok Google function for months without issue, but over the weekend I installed the latest update & now it’s stopped working.
I’ve double checked my settings & I’ve changed nothing myself.
Except now when I go to settings: Voice: Voice Match:
The sliders for "Say 'OK Google' any time" & “Unlock with Voice Match” are now both greyed out and I’m unable to switch them on. It now says 'this feature is not available for your language'.
I’ve not changed any settings, my language is set to English US, but nothing I do appears to be working.
Phone: Huawei Mate 10 Pro
Build No: BLA-L09 188.8.131.52 (C782)
The latest update has broken OK Google on the Mate 10 Pro
OK Google: Under settings: Voice: Voice Match: the slider for "Say 'OK Google' any time" are all greyed out and says 'this feature is not available for your language'.
My language is set to English US, ok Google has been working perfectly until the last update. Now my phone fails to respond to OK Google command.
Have cleared cashe and data from the Google app, have uninstalled updates and disabled and reenabled app, even factory reset my whole handset. No fix!
Really disappointed this isn't working!
