Google says I'm a script. No, I am a human.

It says that "it appears your computer is sending automated requests." I cannot figure out how my search request appears like an automated request. Also, no Captcha on the error page. I read the terms of service but couldn't find anything in there about why my request might have triggered the error. Did I pass some sort of reverse Turing test? This just makes no sense. And the help page was unhelpful.
OK, so I tried the advanced search options. I sent the request from your advanced search form and it still whinges (URL below). What gives, Google?

Some community members might have badges that indicate their identity or level of participation in a community.
Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:
- Post an answer.
- Having your answer selected as the best answer.
- Having your post rated as helpful.
- Vote up a post.
- Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.
Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
