Saved Photos says Collection Not Found when I try to access it

I have an album of saved photos that has over 1,000 pictures. When I opened it on Chrome on my PC today instead of loading the pics I clicked it multiple times and nothing happened. On my phone it just says Collection Could Not Be Found. It still shows the pictures that I recently added but those are the only ones I can see right now. Does anyone know how I can recover the lost photos?

Hi,

Is this regarding Google Photos? If so, their help forum located at support.google.com/photos/community.

Or you wondering about Google Search lists to save info: https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/7433555?

No because I don't think the Favorite Photos album is in Google Photos. They're just saved pictures from Google Images. The attachment shows what I'm referring to. The blue bar isn't there I just put it there for privacy reasons

I also can't see my saved favourite images. It sends me to page saying
'collection could not be found'.

Will ask my colleagues to take a look and see what they can do.

Which browsers and devices have you all tried?

Dont know if this is specific enough but ive tried it on my 'Lenovo Yoga' laptop with windows 10, another laptop and my 'android' smartphone.
Used Google chrome and Internet Explorer.
So far doesnt work for any of my devices or browsers.
Thanks Penalope.

My collection, "Favorite Images", has over 99+ images.  I opened the collection to look at some of the old images, unfortunately, when I open it, it only shows the most recent images I have added to the collection.  It's almost as if the old images have disappeared, however, it still shows 99+ images added to the collection.  Please help!
