Ron - Community SpecialistHi CostaChico,
Welcome to the Google Search Help Forum!
I appreciate you sharing the screenshots with us. The difference in the search results is because when you login, the search results depend on your Web & App activity.
When you are searching in the private window, the results are independent of your browsing history and the Web & App activity.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Best,
Ron

JuurgenI have the exact same problem, I'm not seeing the Rio info panel, only when I use incognito mode it appears.
Any solutions for this?
Disabling web & app activity makes the panel appear again, is this by design?

Joost SchettersI've searched for a few ours, but can't find anything to solve this problem..

Joost SchettersMy wife has Web- and app-activity turned on, but the Rio look still appears. Unfortunately, at my account it's not.

Juurgenwhen you disable web and app activity, does the panel appear then?

Joost SchettersNot the cards in Google Now, just the panels / cards at Google search like the sceeenshot above.

- Vote up a post.
- Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.
