Make appointments on Google

You can book appointments on Google for local services like massages, haircuts, and check-ups with doctors or dentists.

Currently, not all services can be booked on Google, but we’re making more available.

  1. Visit Google.
  2. Search for the name of a local business.
  3. If the business allows booking on Google, you’ll see "Make an appointment" in the box to the right.
  4. Follow the steps to make an appointment, then click Continue booking.
  5. You’ll be taken to the booking partner’s website to complete your booking.

Note: The form to complete your booking is created by the booking partner, not by Google. The info you provide in this form is sent to the business and won’t be saved by Google.

Change or cancel an appointment

To change or cancel an appointment you booked, go to the booking partner’s website. You won’t be able to change an appointment on Google. You can find the booking partner’s contact info in the confirmation email you received after booking the appointment.

The booking partner might not be the same as the local business where you’ve booked an appointment.
