Why has Google just ignored every reconsideration request?
Also, why do so many of your pages use the exact same title and meta description?
Who advised you to use an image and a single word as a h1 tag? And the single word has no real value to the page content.

How much content is copied from your other website?
I could go on and on, sorry but you need to use a company to design and build your website who know the basics of SEO.
thanks for pointing out the on-site things to look at. With regards to our other site, some of the testimonials are used on both sites, hence why they are the same. The other content is unique.
The main issue is that we were notified of unnatural links - this has obviously been our main focus point - prior to this we ranked extremely well.
I want to find out why Google have just ignored our reconsiderations when we have documented so much work on a google doc as they suggest.
This is the email we receieved:
Dear site owner or webmaster of http://example.com/,
We've detected that some of your site's pages may be using techniques that are outside Google's Webmaster Guidelines.
Specifically, look for possibly artificial or unnatural links pointing to your site that could be intended to manipulate PageRank. Examples of unnatural linking could include buying links to pass PageRank or participating in link schemes.
We encourage you to make changes to your site so that it meets our quality guidelines. Once you've made these changes, please submit your site for reconsideration in Google's search results.
If you find unnatural links to your site that you are unable to control or remove, please provide the details in your reconsideration request.
If you have any questions about how to resolve this issue, please see our Webmaster Help Forum for support.
Since then we really have invested alot of time taking down the crap links. Im going to get someone to look at our on site issues today too.

Some community members might have badges that indicate their identity or level of participation in a community.
Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:
- Post an answer.
- Having your answer selected as the best answer.
- Having your post rated as helpful.
- Vote up a post.
- Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.
Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
