In addition to what @HugoMe mentioned, I'd recommend clicking on one of those queries you see in the report, then switching to the PAGES tab of the table. That will tell you exactly which page (or pages) are ranking and getting traffic/impressions for those keywords.
Once you have that information, you can then analyze whether that page does indeed contain that type of content, and if it doesn't, it could be the case that your site has been hacked in such a way that Google (and users coming from Google) see different content than the one that is actually on the page. If that's the case, I recommend going through the web.dev hacked websites documentation to learn more about the issue and how to solve it.
Hope that helps!

I see another isse.
Your site seems to return a server error, status 500
You can also see it in Chrome when you check the console (F12)

You should search for this harmful code and remove it.
If you are using wordpress you can use plugin Wordfence to tell you where is the file that infected, but don't try to clean it with plugin try to do that manually.
I faced this issue before, and i tried this way and it works.

Hey Philips, I'm not so happy to see such queries on your console. As already mentioned by @Mihai, this might be an indication that a website has been hacked and the hacker has created a lot of thin, non-relevant pages on your website. The worst part is that he is able to get these pages indexed :( Due to this, these queries are popping up in the console.
Now, there are two approaches to solving this issue, One which our contributor @Mihai already mentioned above, and the other through detecting all the flawed pages of your website.
Let's jump the other way -
First, you need to measure the type and depth of the attack; I mean, you need to understand if the hacker has injected a few spammy pages into your website or he created hell tons of pages on your website.
To check all such indexed pages, Search site:domain.com on Google search to find all your website indexed pages. It would be helpful if you could use Google search filters to find the recently indexed pages.
Now, if you see your results with Chinese meta titles with your domain in a lot more numbers than you expected, it would be best to restore the website backup with the version before it was hacked and then move forward. If you see very few such spammy pages, then you can delete them manually from the website CMS and move forward.
Restoring the website backup is a safer option.
Now, once you have fixed your website, It's time to notify Google Search Console about all such flawed pages on your website.
To do the same, You can submit your website sitemap again, and sometimes you can use a content removal tool in Google Webmaster to remove spammy webpages from the search results.
To prevent this incident from happening again with your website, you need to investigate the root cause of the hack. For example, you need to understand how the hacker got access to your website in the first place. It could be due to some untrusted, outdated, or nulled plugin/theme in the case of WordPress or something else.
Here is an article that can help you out as well - https://web.dev/articles/identify-the-vulnerability
It is better to get a professional developer's help here to resolve the issue entirely.

I know how much is this hectic... Here is the solution.
1. Scan your site with renowned security service such as Wordfence or Sucuri.
2. Identify unknown files in your website folder and delete these files.
3. Check GSC permissions, remove unknown.
4. Change paswords.
5. Keep your site health and plugins updated to avoid this kind of mistake in future.
I hope this helps.
