How to unsubscribe from promotional emails

You can unsubscribe from future marketing emails at the bottom of any email from Waymo.   

  1. Open any Waymo marketing email
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the email
  3. Click the link “Unsubscribe here” to open up the unsubscribe page
  4. Click the button Yes, unsubscribe me to opt out

You should see a confirmation that you’re unsubscribed. 

How to unsubscribe from all Waymo emails

Some emails from us are required to help keep you up to date on major service changes and provide you with important account details, like trip receipts. You’ll receive these updates as part of signing up for our service so you don’t miss out on important information.
