You can use a promotional code for canceled orders.
Manage a promotional code for a canceled order
- If you cancel your order, you can place a new order with the same promotional code after approximately one hour.
- If your order cancellation is due to a Terms of Service violation, you can’t use your promotional code again.
- Your code doesn't reactivate if:
- Your order is returned to the sender.
- You return your order.
