About the Google Store return policy

You can return most items that you have bought from the Google Store within 15 calendar days after the day you receive them.

Standard return policy options

Our extended return policy starts on 16 November 2023, with the same easy return process at no charge.

All purchases made from 16 November 2023 till 31 December 2023 can start a return up until 15 January 2024.
If the standard return policy for your purchase offers a date past 15 January 2024, you’ll receive the later return end date.
- The standard return window is 15 or 30 days after receipt depending on the product (see below).
Some exceptions apply:
- AT&T phones can be returned 14 days after receipt.
- Verizon phones can be returned 30 days after receipt.
- SIM cards are non-returnable.
- Devices bought on Fi Store or Fitbit.com are subject to separate policies.
All purchases made on 1 January 2024 or later are subject to the standard return policy.

To check the return window for your product, go to your order history.
You can return the following products within 30 calendar days after receipt:
- Thermostats
- Verizon contract phones
For AT&T contract phones, you'll have 14 days after receipt to return the device.
SIM cards aren’t returnable.
The return process also applies to orders delivered in person or bought during delivery and installation appointments. All products purchased during delivery and installation appointments are subject to OnTech's return policy.
After you start the return process:
- You'll have 14 days to complete the return.
- Your refund will go to the payment method that you used, minus any delivery-related costs, no more than 14 days from when your device was received.
