Price matches

We can price match after you make your Google Store purchase. This means if you find a better deal within the standard return window, we’ll refund the difference. You can request a price match in the Google Retail Store or request a price match online.

Refunds & returns

  • If you want to return or exchange an item you got at the Google retail store: Check the back of the receipt for the terms and conditions.
  • If you bought an item at the Google retail store with cash and want a refund:
    • You can visit the Google retail store to get your refund in cash.
    • You can return your item online and receive your refund in Store credit.

Onsite repair

  • You can get any Pixel phone purchased in the US repaired onsite at the Google retail store.
  • If your Pixel phone has Preferred Care, contact Assurant. You can't claim device protection at the store.
    • Tip: If your Pixel device is out-of-warranty, you can still get it fixed onsite at the Google retail store.

Trade-ins

You can bring your old phone to the Google retail store to trade it in for a new Pixel phone. We’ll assess your phone and give you a quote for trade-in credit. When you buy your new phone, we’ll apply the credit to the retail price.

COVID-19

The health and safety of customers and store team members is our top priority and we built our store and shopping experience with that in mind.

  • We require masks, hand sanitation, and social distancing in our Google retail store and we clean all spaces multiple times a day.
  • To ensure our customers feel safe during their shopping experience, we have limited occupancy and easy pickup options.
  • To adapt our health and safety procedures as needed, we continue to closely follow the guidance of local and national authorities.
