Create and manage engine track accounts

Add clickserver URLs to Naver engines

To attribute visits and conversions to campaigns in Search Ads 360, clicks need to be redirected to Search Ads 360 using the Search Ads 360 tracking URL (clickserver URL). Each clickserver URL has unique IDs that Search Ads 360 uses to track unique visits to your site and to attribute any conversions during a visit back to the specific campaigns and keywords that led to the visit.

To add clickserver URLs to campaigns in Naver engine accounts:

  1. Export your campaigns from the engine.
  2. Upload the campaigns to Search Ads 360.
Search Ads 360 adds its clickserver URLs to the landing page URLs in the campaigns.
  3. Download the modified campaigns from Search Ads 360.
  4. Import the modified campaigns back into the engine.

1. Export campaigns from the engine

Sign into Naver and export or download campaigns into a spreadsheet. Refer to Naver's help center for information on how to perform the export. Make sure you choose an export format that Search Ads 360 supports, and include the data Search Ads 360 needs to process the data and add its clickserver URL.

Choose a supported format

Each export can contain data from only one account.

캠페인 ID Campaign ID
광고그룹 ID Ad Group ID
키워드 ID Keyword ID
캠페인 이름 Campaign Name
광고그룹 이름 Ad Group Name
키워드 연결URL(PC) Desktop URL
키워드 연결URL(모바일) Mobile URL

Search Ads 360 will add its tracking URL to the URLs in the 키워드 연결URL(PC) and 키워드 연결URL(모바일) columns. Any landing page URL that isn't included won't redirect through Search Ads 360, and won't be reported on in Search Ads 360.

Search Ads 360 ignores any other columns that may appear in the exported spreadsheet.

Existing redirect URLs

If you've already manually applied Search Ads 360 clickserver URLs to your landing page URLs, remove them before you export your campaigns from the engine.

If you have redirect URLs for other third-party services, you can leave them in the landing page URLs. Search Ads 360 will include the other redirect URLs as part of its clickserver URL. If the other third-party URLs require URL encoding, make sure you encode the URLs before you export your campaigns from the engine.
