Status column (automated rule's change log)

Displays the result of evaluating an automated rule's conditions. The column contains one of the following values:

  • Condition not met: The rule ran as scheduled but didn't find any items matching the rule's conditions.

  • Completed: The rule ran successfully but didn't make any changes. You may see this status under any of the following conditions:

    • The rule is set up to notify but not to change items.

    • Items in the rule's scope already contain the value specified by the rule. For example, if the rule's action is to add a label, you'll see Completed if the label was already applied before the rule ran.

    • Items in the rule's scope inherit settings instead of explictly setting them. Rules do not change inherited settings.

  • Made some changes: The rule ran successfully and changed one or more items. Click Download report in the Report column for details on what changed.

  • Completed with problems: The rule successfully changed some items but was unable to evaluate or change other items. Click Download report in the Report column for details.

  • Processing: The rule is currently running.

  • Delayed: The rule was not able to run at its scheduled time. Search Ads 360 has placed the rule in its queue and will run the rule as soon as possible.

  • Skipped: The rule is paused, either manually or because of an error encountered the previous time the rule ran.
Search Ads 360 will automatically pause a scheduled rule if errors occur when the rule runs. The rule will be skipped each time it is scheduled to run until you resume the rule.

  • Failed: The rule did not run as scheduled. Click Download report in the Report column for details.

If the rule has been edited, each version of the rule has its own change log. You can view the change log for older versions of a rule.
