Use a Google Ads Shopping campaign to promote local inventory

By default, Google Ads Shopping campaigns show ads for products sold from your online website. If you enable local inventory ads in your Google Ads Shopping campaign, you can promote products you sell online, locally, or in both channels.

Enable local products in your Google Ads Shopping campaign

  1. Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
  2. Navigate to a sub-manager or client account.
  3. On the page menu, click Campaigns.
  4. In the table, click the name of your Shopping campaign.
  5. On the page menu, click Settings.
  6. On the "Settings" page, click Additional settings.
  7. Click Local products to expand the section.
  8. Select the checkbox for "Enable ads for products sold in local stores".
  9. Click Save.

View your performance data

  1. Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
  2. Navigate to a sub-manager or client account..
  3. On the page menu, click Campaigns.
  4. In the table menu, click the segment icon , then select Click type.

Download a report that shows segment data

  1. Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
  2. Navigate to a sub-manager or client account..
  3. On the page menu, click Campaigns.
  4. In the table menu, click the download icon , then select More options.
  5. In the "Segments" field, type the names of the segments you’re interested in. 
  6. Select the checkbox for "Title and date range". 
  7. Click Download

Segment a report by channel and channel exclusivity

  1. Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
  2. Navigate to a sub-manager or client account..
  3. On the page menu, click Campaigns.
  4. In the table, click the name of your Shopping campaign.
  5. On the navigation menu, click the reports icon .
  6. Select Predefined reports (Dimensions), then Shopping, and then either Shopping - Channel or Shopping - Channel exclusivity.
