Use the Experience hub checklist
In Quarter 2 of 2023, a checklist will be added to the new Search Ads 360 Experience hub with additional tasks for you to review and complete to facilitate your upgrade to the new Search Ads 360. In the checklist you will be able to do the following:
- Review and fix errors.
- Confirm you have access to reports including saved views, custom columns, and saved reports (formerly known as scheduled downloads) and web queries.
- Confirm workflows are working as intended including rules, labels, and Templates.
What to expect during the recommended upgrade time frame
A date will be recommended on which your bid strategies and budget management can be upgraded to the new Search Ads 360. A notification with the recommended date will display in the previous Search Ads 360 and in the new Search Ads 360. You can also find and postpone this date in the Experience hub.
What to expect during the service preserving upgrade
If you have not chosen a bid strategies and budget management upgrade date when the recommended upgrade time frame ends, to preserve your service without interruption, a date will be assigned for you on which you will be upgraded to the new Search Ads 360.
- During the service preserving upgrade time frame, the upgrade date will display as a notification in the previous Search Ads 360 and in the new Search Ads 360.
- This date can not be changed. If the previous Search Ads 360 goes away and your bid strategies and budget management aren’t upgraded, it will cause a service interruption.
- There will be at least 30 days between when you are notified of an upgrade date and when the upgrade occurs.
- Please contact your account representative or customer support if you would like to discuss anything related to the upgrade.
- If you wish to stop using Search Ads 360, please contact your Search Ads 360 representative or customer support. They can discuss options with you and try to resolve any issues that may be affecting your experience. Learn more about off boarding from Search Ads 360.
After you’ve been upgraded
