Save and edit tearsheets

When you want to share a tearsheet with a wider audience for review, you can save it with a custom name to make it easier to find and use.

Archive tearsheets

As you save new tearsheets, you may find that the preview list is getting too long, or you may want to remove a tearsheet that you're no longer using. Archiving does not delete the tearsheet. It allows the user to show current tearsheets while hiding outdated tearsheets to avoid confusion.

Archive a tearsheet

  1. Navigate to the list of saved tearsheets on the Step 5: Preview page of the Dynamic Content workflow.
  2. Click on the checkbox next to the tearsheet you wish to archive.
  3. Click Actions and then Archive.

Unarchive a tearsheet

  1. Navigate to the list of saved tearsheets on the Step 5: Preview page of the Dynamic Content workflow.
  2. By default, only active tearsheets are shown in the list. To show archived tearsheets, click the Filter drop-down and select Archived.
  3. Click on the checkbox next to the tearsheet you wish to unarchive.
  4. Click Actions and then Activate.
  5. To see all of your active tearsheets again, click the Filter drop-down and select Active.
