You can't understand?

I try to log in and system says there account not exist... So I try to create the account and it says that it already exists and is being used.. I try to recover and it sends a recovery code to the e-mail account that I can't access. Which part did you not understand? Is it a joke?

Similar to the problem I am in! When I try to log in the system informs that my account does not exist, since it does not exist, I try to create it, but the system informs that this account already exists and is being used (surreal), so I try to recover the password, I do not remember the phone number, I inform the email and the system just sends an authentication code to the account that I am not able to enter (funny).. how will I authenticate the code if the problem is precisely that I cannot log in to the account?

When I try to create the ABCDE account (example), the system informs that the ABCDE account ALREADY EXISTS!!!!

When I try to log into the ABCDE account, the system informs me that the account DOES NOT EXIST!

When I try to recover the ABCDE account password, which I forgot, the system sends an authentication code to the ABCDE account (LOL) for VERIFICATION. The system sends a code to the ABCDE account that I am not able to log in!!!!!

Or a person has to be devoid of intelligence, not to be able to understand what I wrote or really come here just for fun...

I won't waste my time! I already said the system reports 3 different errors for the same account..First: the account already exists... Second: the account does not exist... Third: the system sends a code for the account to be recovered. If you can't understand this, look for a psychologist!! I don't have time for games! Finishing here..

lets go.. when I enter my username or my email, the error is that the account does not exist. When I ask to recover the account, I inform the email and a code is sent (for the account that was informed that it does not exist). When I try to create the account that the system said does not exist, I get an error stating that the user/email already exists. In other words... IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE. I can't log in because the account does not exist, but I can't create it because the account EXISTS, when I try to recover the account by informing the email, a code is sent to the email that was informed that it does not exist.What??

pra que manter escondido isso? A opção visível deveria ser padrão!! e se o usuário precisasse esconder clicaria nesses 3 traços assim como acontece no Youtoba!
