In order to protect user privacy and to be sure that we only disclose data directly to the user concerned, we can only process data access requests which are sent from the user’s Google Account. If you can't sign in, follow these steps to increase your chances of getting back into your Google Account.

We’ve created tools to help you manage your data.

  • See an overview of your data: Visit your Google Dashboard to see a summary of your data for different Google services, like Gmail, Drive, and Calendar.
  • See & delete your activity: See and delete activity, like searches you did and websites you visited, on My Activity. Only you can see your activity. Learn how to delete searches and other activity.
  • Download your data: You can download data that you created in, or imported into, a number of Google services.

You can download your data from the Google products you use, like your email, calendar, and photos.

If you don't find what you need, fill out the Data Access Request Form. This form helps us verify your identity, and make sure we only share personal information directly with you.

You can delete your Google Account at any time.

If you change your mind, you might not be able to get it back, losing all your emails, photos, and contacts.

If you don’t want to delete your entire Google Account, learn how to delete Gmail from your account, remove other Google services or remove apps with access to your account.

Google's search results page lists information published on the web by website owners (webmasters). In general, Google doesn't write or control the content that other people publish.

  • If you want to remove a web page from Google's search results, contact the website owner. The owner can remove the page from the web or ask Google not include it in the search results. Learn how to contact a site’s owner. 
  • If you want to remove a webpage for a legal or privacy reason, see our removal policies.
  • If the site owner makes these changes and you need us to expedite the removal of the cached copy, submit your request.
