Hello,

Perhaps see this help topic, Delete and restore files in Google Drive and recovering files. Also for Google Photos, see this about recovering photos & videos and Google photos has a help community as well.

For files, if the file or files have been removed from the Google Drive Trash, the files may be gone forever but there may still be a small window of time to recover files by contacting a Drive Specialist. If using a Free Google Account or Google One Account see Contact a Google Drive Specialist, if you use a G Suite Account it is recommended you Contact the Account Administrator. Also, this post from The Google Drive Help Forum Team may be helpful.

If you want to recover deleted photos from Google then, you can restore them from "Trash" section because deleted photos will available on trash folder upto 60 days. If you have not retrieve deleted photos from trash section then, you may also ask with Google support to get back all pics. They will help you to recover lost pictures from Google Photos app.
