Troubleshoot problems with your home delivery order

You can fix some home delivery print problems without the help of a Google expert. You can easily cancel an order placed within the last two hours, track an order, request a reprint and get more help.

Get help with a recent order

Change your delivery address

You can change your delivery address within two hours of placing an order. After more than two hours, complete this workflow and an agent will be in touch via email.

Cancel your order

You can easily cancel your order within two hours of placing it.

  1. On your computer, go to photos.google.com.
  2. Click Print store .
  3. Under 'Past orders', select the order that you want to cancel.
  4. Click Cancel order.

Check estimated delivery dates and track your order

  1. On your computer, go to photos.google.com.
  2. Click Print store .
  3. Under 'Past orders', find the order that you want to track.
  4. Click Track.

Compare your prints with the order PDF

To make sure that you submitted your order properly, check your PDF.

To view and download the PDF:

  1. On your computer, go to photos.google.com.
  2. Click Print store .
  3. Under 'Past orders', select an order.
  4. Click More More and then Download as PDF.

We may not be able to help you if your PDF has any of these issues:

  • No title or an incorrect title
  • Incorrectly cropped photos or cover
  • Missing, duplicate or out of order pages
  • Photos flagged as low resolution before purchase

If there are issues in your order that aren't in your PDF, contact us.

Report a missing or damaged order

Damage may include ink spots, ripped pages on photo books, high-contrast spots or unexpected lines on photo prints.

If your order was lost in the post or you received a damaged item, you can request a reprint or go to Photos support to email a Google expert. You must be logged in to the account from which you placed the order.

Archive an order

  1. On your computer, go to photos.google.com.
  2. Click Print store .
  3. Under 'Past orders', select a past order.
  4. At the top, click More More and then Archive.

Reorder past orders

  1. On your computer, go to photos.google.com.
  2. Click Print store .
  3. Under 'Past orders', select an order.
  4. Click Create a new draft.
