Report a problem with your photo book

If you have a problem with your photo book, contact us within 30 days of buying it.

Contact us

  1. On your computer, open
  2. Sign in to your Google Account.
  3. On the left, click Photo books.
  4. Under “Past orders,” select the photo book you want to report.
  5. On the details page, click Contact us.

Problems we can help with

  • Damaged photo book: Your photo book has ink spots, missing pages, or other damage.
  • Photo book didn’t arrive: Your photo book didn’t arrive.

Problems that can’t be fixed

If you got low-resolution warnings on your photos and printed them anyway, we may not be able to help you.
