Troubleshoot problems with your photo book

You have 60 minutes after your order to make changes to your order like updating the shipping address.

If you have a problem with your photo book, you can contact us within 30 days of buying it.

Change or cancel your order

To change your shipping address or photo book, you need to cancel the order and buy the photo book again.

You have 60 minutes after buying a photo book to cancel your order.

To cancel:

  1. On your computer, open photos.google.com.
  2. Sign in to your Google Account.
  3. On the left, click Photo books.
  4. Under "Past orders," select a photo book.
  5. To cancel an order, click Cancel.

Check your PDF for differences


To make sure you didn’t submit your photo book order with issues in it, check your photo book PDF.

We may not be able to help you if your photo book PDF has certain issues, such as:

  • No title or an incorrect title.
  • Incorrectly cropped photos or cover.
  • Missing, duplicate, or out of order pages.
  • Photos flagged as low resolution before purchase.

To view and download the PDF:

  1. On your computer, open photos.google.com.
  2. Sign in to your Google Account.
  3. On the left, click Photo books.
  4. Under "Past orders," select a photo book.
  5. Click Download PDF of book.

Check delivery dates

Photo books are only delivered within the estimated delivery dates. If you want to know when your photo book should arrive, check your tracking information and estimated delivery date.

  1. On your computer, open photos.google.com.
  2. Sign in to your Google Account.
  3. On the left, click Photo books.
  4. Under "Past orders," select a photo book.
  5. Under "Order details," find your tracking number and estimated delivery.

Report a damaged photo book

You should contact us if you received a damaged photo book. Damage includes ink spots, ripped pages, shipping-related damages, or any other physical flaws.

To contact us:

  1. On your computer, open photos.google.com.
  2. Sign in to your Google Account.
  3. On the left, click Photo books.
  4. Under "Past orders," select the photo book you want to contact us about.
  5. On the details page, click Contact us.
