You can reach customer care number toll free at: 1-800-419-0157. Our phone support is available in 5 languages (Hindi, English, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu).

In-app support

  1. Open the Google Pay app .
  2. At the top right, tap your profile picture.
  3. Tap Get help.
    • To raise IAT: Tap Are you having issues?.
    • To initiate chat support or call customer care number: Tap Contact support.

Level 2 - Grievance Redressal
If you aren’t satisfied with the resolution provided at Level 1 within 15 days of raising the complaint: then please contact Google Pay India Support by filling this form to raise a L2 request.
