Raise Google Pay India Offline Business Grievance

Level 1 - Complaint Registration

Level 2 - Grievance Redressal

If the merchant isn’t satisfied with the level 1 resolution within 15 days after they raise the complaint: They can escalate the request to level 2.

If external factors delay the resolution process, we'll update the merchant about the cause of the delay and expected resolution timelines.

Level 3 - Contact the Nodal Officer

If the merchant isn’t satisfied with the level 2 resolution within 15 days after they raise the complaint: They can contact the Google Pay Nodal Officer by filling this form.
