To increase your daily and monthly transaction limit and unlock rewards, verify your business. This process takes less than 10 minutes. Video verification is similar to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
Video verification requirements
To complete the verification of your business, you need to:
- Ensure that you’re at your business location.
- Bring your original PAN card. A photocopy is not accepted.
- Have a good internet connection to talk with our agent on a video call.

Important: The video call is not recorded. All information provided during the video call will be stored securely and treated in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
How to video verify on Google Pay for Business
Set up video verification
- Open Google Pay for Business
.
- At the top-right corner, tap
Settings.
- Next to "Verify your business," tap Get Started.
- Under the "What you need for the call" section, tap:
- You must be at your business location
- PAN card used to open your account
- You must have "Proof of Address"
- Tap Start call on Google Meet.
- Share your registered mobile number and name with our agent.
- Show your original PAN card using your back camera.
- Show your store location and display board with your business name.

You will receive a notification about your verification status on Google Pay for Business app in 3 to 4 hours.
Tip: If video verification status is incomplete, it can be due to missing documents. Please keep your documents and follow the verification process again.
