Use Team Drives to share all files relevant to your team
Team Drives are a shared space where teams can easily store, search, and access their files anywhere, from any device. Files in a Team Drive belong to the team instead of an individual, so even if a volunteer or a member leaves your nonprofit, the files remain.
The upcoming “Tips and tricks for G Suite” livestream will demo the various apps within G Suite that can help your nonprofit collaborate and increase productivity, including Team Drives. If you haven’t already, register here for the livestream.
