Participant claims

Your content should be truthful, accurate, and up-to-date every time it is shown to users.

Claims include but are not limited to competitive claims, superlatives, offers, discounts, and pricing. This policy also covers unverified offers and claims that are either scientifically impossible or otherwise misleading to users.

  • All participant claims must be factually supportable
  • Any pricing information must comply with local regulations concerning inclusion of tax, shipping, and other applicable charges

Conflict of interest

Participants may not encourage, solicit, bias, or reward customers for leaving favorable ratings, favorable surveys, or other feedback in connection with Google Customer Reviews.
