Sign the program agreement
This page details how to submit and confirm your Google Customer Reviews program participation once you’ve entered the sign-up flow in your Merchant Center account.
1. Agree to Google Customer Reviews program agreement
Read the Google Customer Reviews program agreement on behalf of your company, check the agreement box, and click Save & Continue.
Note: You can log in to Merchant Center and review the program agreement or download it at any time.
2. Check that Google Customer Reviews appears in your account
Follow these steps:
- From the Merchant Center programs page, navigate back to the Home page
- Select Google Customer Reviews from the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen
Note: If you’ve successfully signed up for Google Customer Reviews, it should appear in the list of programs in your Merchant Center account navigation. If you do not see it there, go back to Opt in to Google Customer Reviews.
