Descriptions help customers find products on Google. If you use a short description, customers are less likely to find your product when looking for particular features or properties.

Why this issue is happening
For one or more products, the description [description] attribute doesn’t meet our minimum requirements. Thus, it has been flagged as invalid. This error occurs because you provided a very short description which doesn’t match the minimum character requirement.
How to fix your issue
Please include more information in the description [description] attribute. Your description should describe the most relevant attributes of your product, such as size, material, intended age range, special features, or other technical specs. Also include details about the product's most visual attributes, such as shape, pattern, texture, and design, since we may use this text for finding your product
It is recommended to submit a description around 500 to 1,000 characters, but you can submit up to 5,000 characters. Descriptions should follow standard grammar rules and end with a punctuation mark.
Manufacturers might be able to provide more detailed product descriptions you can use.
Fix products one by one directly in Merchant Center
Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Click on the title of the issue you want to fix, then click Edit product.
Make sure that you submit a description around 500 to 1,000 characters, but you can submit up to 5,000 characters. The description should follow standard grammar rules and end with a punctuation mark.
Select Save.
Fix multiple products at once
Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Select the download icon
to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
Cross reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and make sure that you submit your descriptions around 500 to 1,000 characters, but you can submit up to 5,000 characters. Descriptions should follow standard grammar rules and end with a punctuation mark.
Reupload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.
