Your promotion has been stopped
You are seeing this issue because one or more of your promotions have been stopped. When you stop a promotion, it will not be visible on any Google surfaces.
To fix this issue, create a new promotion similar to the promotion that was stopped. We do not have an option to resume a stopped promotion.
